Looking at me here, you might think this is an ‘after’ photo.

I look happy, relaxed and like I am enjoying life.

Yet, this was taken during one of the lowest points in my life.

It’s funny how a single moment can look like you’ve got everything together, when in reality you’re merely holding it together.

Here, two and a bit years on , you’d be right to think it - the happiest I’d ever been, enjoying life and feeling confident in the direction I was taking.

And this transformation is all thanks to The Elita La Vie Approach.

It has me feeling like I’m fuelled by sherbet most days, a powerful bundle of energy, happily fizzing about.

It has been rollercoaster to get here, it was long and painful at times, but dare I say it, I am grateful for the experience (now I’m out the other side).

Having put off what I wanted for years, life had a funny way of showing me enough was enough and took me down, all the way down to rock bottom. After I had dealt with the trauma of it all, it left me thinking ‘F**k, what have I been doing with my life’.

Life has a funny way of making sure we get where we need to be.

I was left with no more excuses, or reasons not to, so I got to work. And my oh my, was it work. It would have been so easy to quit again, but something felt different this time. I was onto something. I was getting to know myself on a deeper level and while it was hard and confronting at times, it was exciting too.

While I was rebuilding, I kept being told how amazing and strong I was. I didn’t feel it at the time, I was merely trying to get through the day. But looking back now, I can see it differently. I didn’t just return, I came back thriving.

That was my transformational journey (one of many, I’m sure). Not because life suddenly became perfect, but because I stopped living on autopilot and started building a life that felt like mine. I became clearer on what mattered, more confident in my direction, and brave enough to back myself.

And that rebuilding became The Elita La Vie Approach; a practical way of understanding what matters, clearing the noise, and creating a life that actually feels like yours without burning it all down.

When people started noticing the shift in me, they wanted to know how I had gone from simply getting through life to genuinely enjoying it. Those conversations made me realise how many of us are quietly seeking something different. What started as my own process became something which would help others. Sharing the method for creating change in a way that is realistic, meaningful, and lasting. And the more I saw what happened when people were given the space to reconnect with themselves, the more I knew I wanted to go deeper.

That’s why I’m now training as a transformational coach, so I can support people not just through my method, but through the uncertainty, self-doubt, and changes we know we need, but keep putting off.

Because at the heart of all of this, I believe people deserve more than simply getting through life. Most of us don’t need a brand new life, just space, clarity, and a way forward that works within our reality.

What it’s like to work with me

I take my work very seriously, but I am not a serious person. I am a bit cheeky, always looking for humour in things where I can and I love practical action. Whether we work together through coaching, The Elita La Vie Approach, or one of my shorter programmes, my role is the same, to support you, challenge you when needed, and help you build a life that feels more like your own.

I am here to give you the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and notice what really matters to you. My passion for this work is what drives me, making me a real Chatty Cathy on the subject, passing on all my wisdom and expertise because I want you to get as much from us working together as possible.

But…this work require something from you too.

Not perfection. Not having it all figured out. Just a willingness to show up consistently and be honest with yourself, because meaningful change is unlikely to happen overnight. It’ll happen in the small choices, the uncomfortable moments, and the decision to keep going even when you want to quit.

And if you’re willing to do that, you might be surprised by how much is possible.

Fun facts about me

This is my training background. Being a PT quickly taught me it was more than telling people ‘no pain, no gain’. It is listening to daily struggles, helping both emotional and physical pain. I bloody love my clients. We laugh, we cry, we debate, we challenge each other, it’s so much more than ‘drop and give me 20’.

I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist

My Elita La Vie journey included becoming obsessed with van life, so much so I convinced my husband to sell our house and move into a van! This pretty much sums up live the life you long for ethos. I loved the simplicity it brings!

I did van life for 2 years

I have literally run away with the circus. My husband and I are currently travelling the world with Cirque du Soleil. It wasn’t part of the plan, however, when the universe gives you an opportunity like this, you say yes! The beauty of living your Elita La Vie life is that it is easy to pivot and not lose focus on what’s important to you. Instead of feeling like this has derailed my long term goals, I can see all the ways in which it enhances them.

I swapped van life for the circus

I love swimming. So much so I swam the English Channel (or La Manche) with 4 amazing team mates. Credit to those who swim a solo, but it’s not for me. I need the team!

Swimming is fast becoming the only place I have left in my life where I am not taking in information. I love the complete switch off it brings, I’ll go as far to say it is my meditation (everyone who meditates just eye rolled at that).

I swam to France

If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it would be potatoes

You can roast them, chip them, mash them and don’t even get me started on crisps (my first love)!! However, if I get to choose my last meal it will be freshly baked bread and loads of butter.

My Mission

All I want is for everyone to be chipper in the morning

Is that too much to ask..?

…Ok, I’ll settle for everyone achieving their hopes & dreams

My mission is to create the space for people to reconnect with themselves, clear the noise, and take up that space in their own lives. To stop living on the sidelines, step fully into who they are, and build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with what matters to them.
